day. Aim to eat between 150 and 300 calories, and get a mix of protein and carbs for both quick energy and long
lasting fullness.
I like things simple in life, so I don't worry about what my breakfast contains, I simply eat
what I like. But I ALWAYS eat in the morning. I want to Break the Fast my body has endured for maybe 12
hours.

EAT BREAKFAST. :-)
